We arrived and tried to get some food however, we were told there were no tables available until 45 minutes later, there were two people in a restaurant that could hold over 100. We came back 45 minutes later and there were 6 people in...the restaurant and was told if we want a table we would need to be out within 30 mins as other tables were booked. I pointed to 16 tables that were not occupied, I also pointed to the four tables in the foyer, we are not serving outside .. it's still inside. We came here yesterday hoping for a lovely meal and great service and got the complete opposite. From the outside and the decor it looked the perfect place to eat but that was far from it. We arrived to wait 30 minutes until we ordered...our food. All staff were stood around avoiding eye contact, lacking communication skills and not looking like they wanted to be there. Every time we tried to contact the staff they walked past avoiding eye contact and when we spoke to them there was no customer service given at all. Should have walked away from the outset ! Ignored for several minutes before being acknowledged then seated place was nearly empty and server seemed stressed and rushed placed order and wasted 30 minutes waiting before deciding to leave after watching the poor service/stressed...staff only 2 servers complaining customers/ and poor chef running round ... Looked very understaffed/ no structure to the team no head server and no customer service..won't bother again Just to top if off the decor is awful !
We had lunch in here before our round of crazy golf. Very pleasant restaurant and the toilets are amazing too Food did take quite a while to come and the restaurant wasn’t busy. I ordered the pulled pork burger with skin on fries, very...nice and the others ordered Cesar salad, various burgers and chilli. The bread that came with the chilli was amazing, fresh, crusty with jalapeños and cheese…. Very enjoyable followed by an excellent game of crazy golf
was asked if eating ok by 20 minutes will take from the order, we accepted that. but after sitting and trying to order after 5 minutes, it was said to order 3 more tables before us and at least another 10-15 minutes. that are at least 5 minutes per order. after 10 minutes hungry with children, simply couldn't wait anymore and we had to go to find alternatives for children.
excellent. nothing was too much annoyed for the personal. high-quality eating. the cheesecake is from this world. can not recommend very enough.
