This is a lovely lounge situated within the MGM Casino. I wish I could recall the bartender's name, but she really took care of my request for a sweet drink (yes, I enjoy sweet beverages!). She ensured it was sweet before handing it to me and even asked if I wanted it sweeter after I took a sip. The seating can fill up quickly, so if you're looking to grab a spot, it's best to arrive a bit early.
I had a disappointing experience at Charles. I had family visiting from England, and when my cousin, who is part of the LGBTQ community, joined us, the staff treated her disrespectfully. They told her she would have to leave our section because it wasn't the right environment for her. This behavior was unacceptable and truly disappointing.
I celebrated my birthday here with friends and family, and it was a fantastic experience. The drinks were excellent, and the DJ played great music. The vibes that evening were truly enjoyable.
