Holly and Fernando were both very friendly, providing amazing service! Restaurant is spacious and located by the water, giving off a romantic and intimate dining atmosphere! Now onto the main subject of the review, the food: Tuna and salmon tartar 2/5) Beautifully constructed, but not perfectly seasoned nor were it that fresh. The chips were half soggy, which detracted from enjoying the dish. It's decent but not too memorable. So excited we chose Blue to celebrate my daughter's 19 birthday tonight! The view, the food, the staff were all perfect. A pre fixe menu lent to a stress free evening and all of her guests had nothing but great things to say. Thank you Blue for helping our family celebrate, we will surely be back soon!!
