Place is great! Music was good. But when coming in for a bridal shower with a reserved table booked a month ago and only to find out we had no table!!!! Bartender stated they stopped doing reservations in Jan but I had a call from tori in Feb to confirm! Came in before the 9:30 cut off time only to be told sorry I can't help you. Had to find seating outside in the cold. The only upside to it was heated pipes above us(thank god! it was a very chilly night. Anyway we made lemons into lemonade and had a blast! Need to play some 80's music though. I know it's a country bar but people seemed to really enjoy the hip hop and dance music just as much!
How do they have such a high rating with all these negative reviews? For whatever reason their security staff is ridiculous!! I would understand if there were a lot of crimes committed but there's not! There was less security at Ghram Central Station and Joe’s Volcano back in the day, and they were way more hardcore. Why is their staff always looking for trouble?? And why do they just blatantly ignore all these people’s complaints? As if their business means nothing and their opinions and feelings are irrelevant.
