It's a small family-owned business, and I've always received prompt callbacks from Donna, the owner, whenever I've had any issues with my orders. The cookies arrive fresh and taste amazing. My favorite is the Blue Chip Royale, which features almond pieces, brickle, and white chocolate chips.
The only minor drawback is that they really are best enjoyed immediately after arrival. They lose some of their freshness and moisture when frozen, even if you let them sit out at room temperature for a while. Don't get me wrong; they still taste good, but they aren't quite as delightful as when they are freshly shipped.
We have been eating BCC since Kenwood mall- when there was a Parisian! I'm 38, and weekly I went with my mom shopping, and looked forward to these tasty morsels after every shopping trip. I can smell the sweet Fragrance of cookies baking adjacent to the Food Court like it was yesterday. As we know, not much from the 80s has survived, but now I can share these once again with my little one!!! The same perfect quality and taste! They even had one in Roberd's Grand back in the day... ?it's an institution!
This location serves as a baking facility for Blue Chip Cookie's online store and corporate gifts. They are open to the public for pick-up and delivery in the Cincinnati area and offer over 30 flavors of cookies. The cookies are shipped frozen to maintain freshness and do not contain preservatives. They only take 2 minutes to thaw at room temperature and can be warmed in the microwave for 5 seconds. The cookies can be stored in the freezer in their airtight bags.
My first ever experience with this shop. I walked in and they were happy to fill my order. As I waited, I could see that they were totally swamped with online orders. But they didn't hesitate to fill my order when I walked in. Really great people!! Awesome customer service and of course, the COOKIES ARE THE BEST!!!!! Will definitely order more!!

Did not know they still were in business. Ordered online and picked them up since I am local and everything went flawless. Cookies were great and very competitively priced for the quality. Will be ordering again. Wish they would bring back the butterscotch cookie.
I recieved a really special unexpected gift. Cookies!! I was surprised when 2 large chocolate cookies arrived in perfect condition ready to eat. They were a gift from my work and I couldnt wait to bite into the tasty treat. And they were..............yummy!!!
It is soooo good! Tastes the same as back in the day! I had the Sugar M&M (2 Cookies) and the Sugar with Season Sprinkles (2 Cookies). Heavenly. Also sampled the cookies and cream flavor, which is "new" to me and was delish.
I have forgotten how good your cookies are. I haven't had your cookies in like 20 years. Last time you were in Bigg's Mall in Eastgate. Really good cookies. Well worth it.
