Recommended by my mother who I dearly love, I had big expectations for this place but was shocked to see and experience unsatisfying quality and taste. It was decent but the California and caterpillar sushi was dry; very little filling also. Along so for Chicken teriyaki plate; the chicken was dry and flavorless.it did not seem fresh. You know when chicken is fresh when it doesn't have dark brown spots and isn't hard to chew on. It was dry and very small portion for what you pay. I ordered the chicken bao box for lunch. It was an 8/10, the flavor was pretty good, but the chicken was a bit dry. However, the sauce saved it. The rolls were a bit strange, but the ratio of the rice filling and avocado was perfect. The customer service was excellent. My meal took a while to arrive, but I didn't mind because of the music playing in the background and watching the sushi being made. The environment was very calming and relaxing. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely come back.
Placed delivery at 4:56pm, got it until 6:47pm. Salad was rancid on teriyaki bowl, nasty. Sushi is the worst ever, they really don't have knowledge of sushi cuisine. Lastly, we did not get sticks or soy sauce, that should at least be included. Called restuarant, big mistake! Person literally wanted to argue over the phone, not worth it.Done with this place for good, there loss, and please don't even attempt to go there....Zero/0 star rating....
I recommend going to the city or Downey instead. The service at this restaurant is slow and inefficient, often taking 2 hours to receive your order. The staff seems unprepared and makes mistakes with your food. It's not worth the hassle. They always have a crowd of people waiting, so they don't really need our business. My family will no longer be dining at Blue Fish.

Honestly, i was looking forward to their ramen but it was no Bueno. They gave me udon noodles and they were so starchy and overcooked. They were stuck together and falling apart when I tried to separate them. Didn't even eat it. Waste of money when it came to the ramen. On the other hand their sushi was good.
Sushi is always spot on, fresh and delicious. I get the udon soup with tempura shrimp on the side. You won't be disappointed unless you go when its busy. Yes it gets BUSY at times. Order ahead. Its busy cuz its bomb
I love Sushi when it's done delicious. I order to go almost weekly. I'm happy with the prices the location.
It's good and made on the spot. They take a lot of phone and internet orders so plan ahead.
