Blue Hill Tavern is a cute, trendy, upscale dining experience that is still reasonably priced. The complimentary valet service is always a plus. I prefer to make reservations everywhere nowadays, but walk in customers are also welcome. Servers are great. The kitchen closes for orders around 8:30pm, so I wouldn’t make this a late stop. There is also a full bar. This visit I enjoyed a Watermelon Basil Mule, which was delicious if you’re into mint/herb infused beverages. For dinner, I enjoyed the Grilled Octopus and Ny Strip, which was cooked to my Medium Well liking with perfection. I very rarely eat any sweets or desserts, but I actually loved the Mousse because it wasn’t too sweet. Thumbs up...
We enjoyed a quiet anniversary dinner at Blue Hill Tavern during Baltimore Restaurant Week. I love BHT's unique blue-and-cocoa decor, somehow both soothing and energizing! It was surprisingly quiet for a Restaurant Week Saturday evening, and service was both attentive and efficient. We LOVED our prix-fixe appetizers and entrees (watermelon salad, southwest chicken egg rolls, pork tostada, and red snapper). We were a bit less excited about our dessert (maybe we didn't make the best choice a bit too sweet, but okay. Overall, BHT is one of our favorites: sophisticated, yet casual and down to earth. We'll be back
We asked the waiter if there were any specials of the day, he suggested and appetizer of croistini with brie and peaches with a balsamic drizzle, it was uniques and delicious. My main course was the most wonderful filet minon served over potatoes, carrots, and fresh green beans, delicious. The menu was suitable for a special dinner, but also included more economical options for a quick bite. The atmosphere was perfect
Although they've been open now for a little while, this was our first time for inside dining since COVID. Doesn't seem like they've missed a beat. Service and food was great as always. As the days and months pass, here's hoping the menu expands a bit like before

Visited for restaurant week and had the sous vide steak and lemon squash soup. Both were outstanding! Service in the bar was EXCEPTIONAL. I wish I could remember her name but she was extremely attentive and friendly to everyone. Made a great drink, too
Always a wonderful meal. It was our friends first time and they raved about the food. Only complaint was there was no bread. Would have loved it to soak up the delicious cioppino sauce
Always great. Menu has some unique options and everything taste great. Staff is always very friendly!
