not sure about later times, but also with a crowded convention that is held – lärm was at a soft level, although we came around 3 o'clock. only the question was to go to the hotel, we waited for someone who welcomed us. After a minute past, we notice that we had to pass a restaurant/bar to make contact with someone from blu. also. the food was rich in aromas and fresh. seafood “Jalea” (calamari and oktopus plus more) the most praised bisque(Rich creamy flavored) together with lomo saltado empanadas( juicy aromaful beef) wonderfully prepared. recommend them for anyone who likes from their love plate. the chef has gone from dead.
Food phenomenal atmosphere lux. Easy problem I've taken care of service. Was minimal effort from the staff, they were less than attentive and not immediately. Bar had 2 others next to me and took bartender 10 minutes to notice that I was sitting. I ordered a drink, another ten minutes went by before I got it. If it had been business or cashier service elsewhere, I would have considered that, but was not the case.
Excellent food and service Roberto did a wonderful job, although he was Slam full of orders. I was patient and it paid off. The ceviche was so fresh and had a lot of lime-cest taste. The fish tasted fresh and was delicious Had the grilled chipotle sandwich and sweet potatoes. Absolutely delicious. exceeds my expectations for a hotel restaurant
based on previous reviews, we did not realize that this is the restaurant of the hotel. if they stay in the hotel, then the restaurant is great! However, if they are looking for a nice place to celebrate a special event, it is really only mediocre. the service was great. that was okay.

The food was delicious. Very intimate restaurant located inside Intercontinental Hotel in Doral. Previously, I tried their lunch buffet but dinner was great! Very friendly staff.
We tried the Miami spice menu and had a very terrible experience. Food was really lacking in flavor with the exception of the lobster biscuit.
Lunch buffet is always exquisite, I totally recommend it! The restaurant's manager, Alvaro M. has always treated us amazing, great service.
I love the experience to have dinner in Blue Matisse. Javier attended me so nice! Food is very good and it's a great pleasure to be there!
