This Thai joint has been a staple at The Spot for many years, and it never disappoints. There’s always a good crowd on a weekend, testimony to the consistently decent food, fast service and reasonable prices you can expect. Four of us dined on a busy Saturday night. We took the precaution of phoning ahead to book a table, which was just as well, because it was pretty full and we wanted to sit outdoors, where there are only two tables but we got one of them. Being a warm, early autumn night, we were quite comfy there and enjoyed a laid back and relaxed meal. Really lovely ambience. It was great for me and Leon to pop by after a lovely swim at Bronte Beach or to head out for movie night afterwards hehe.
We ordered the standard dish we love, Yellow Curry and Pad Kee Mao. And for entree, we tried the Deep Fried Prawn in dessicated Coconut. Just delicious. Crunchy on the outside and just nice.
Our Yellow curry was served with beef. The yellow curry sauce is sooo good, we savoured every single drop.

Blue Monkey in the Spot at Randwick is fantastic. First time we went there was last night despite living in the areas for years. There is an interesting take on a number dishes and the whole barramundi with the Thai salad. The lamp chops with the black sauce is also amazing. Atmosphere is fun and relaxing, staff friendly and chilled. Great experience!!

Have had take away and eaten in at Blue Monkey randwick and can't find fault with it.
The entrees like spring rolls are fresh and the duck rolls are so good. Curries excellent and stir fries never disappoint - this place is one of my absolutely fave restaurants. You will love this place :)

Love the Musman curry. Their entrees are excellent and good portion sizes. Everything else is of high standard. Highly recommended
Good meal. Nice background music. Ordered and liked the drunken noodles. The green chicken curry was ok. The chilli beef was nicer. They brought water out without being asked so a big plus.
This is a regular of ours, our favourite is the stir fry with yellow curry sauce and chicken. We also like the pad kee Mao with peppercorns. Nice modern interior and good service.
