After enjoying many wonderful meals at this restaurant in the past, our experience during our visit on June 23rd was incredibly disappointing. We waited 20 minutes to be greeted and given menus, and another 20 minutes to receive our drinks. Our starters took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive after we were seated, and our main courses came 2 1/2 hours after we arrived. The staff claimed our order had been lost, but then suddenly found it and brought out the food. The service was disorganized, possibly due to a music event happening at the same time (although the management should have ensured enough staff were on duty). We went to Blue Piano for a Friday evening. We found the food very mediocre to bland, the service was Okay until our waiting staff asked us to unscrew the wine bottle that he couldn't open. Some of our orders were not delivered and we were not told about the unavailability of these items before we ordered. The live music starts at 7.30pm, just as most people start eating and it makes a very unpleasant atmosphere as the music is way too loud at that time. When you can't chat you start looking at the surroundings with a more critical eye to notice that the decoration clearly has seen better days. We had an anniversary party on the 11th of March, 2023. Many thanks to Maddie, Shreeti, and all the team for a wonderful time. The food was fantastic and was enjoyed by everyone. One of our friends is vegan and was given their own food, dinner ware, and cutlery. He was very appreciative of the first class service. The band was excellent playing music across the board so that we all had a good dance. The bar service was also great, with nobody left waiting for a drink. Thank you all so much. We will be back.
We made a reservation for bed and breakfast last October, but were disappointed to find out upon arrival in January that breakfast was no longer being served without any prior notice. We would have chosen a different option had we known. Although we were greeted by someone upon arrival, no one was present when we checked out. The bedroom had a broken window, leaving the room very cold, and the TV was not functioning. On a positive note, the room was clean.

This was our first visit to this well-known live music venue and bar/restaurant, and we highly recommend it. The drink prices are what you would expect for a venue near the city center, so no complaints there. I didn't rate the food as we didn't eat, but we plan to come back and dine on another occasion. The staff and management were extremely polite and helpful. Overall, we recommend this place.
The satay skewers were nice, the Thai green curry was very hot. Multiple requests were made to the DJ to tone down the volume. Not sure if that was a general opinion or only one of us older folks. DJ refused to turn down the music, and principally that spoilt the evening for me. I didn't like the food but that was a secondary issue. Great service great location.
Best for drinks and live music only. Eat elsewhere, especially when busy. Food is mediocre, served bland and cold, and expensive for what it is… honestly, worse than takeaway. We chose a wide variety from the menu. All of the food was a major disappointment, and service non existent. Has potential… atmosphere and music was casual, fun and lively. That’s it.
First time visiting on Saturday. Had a walk round the Artisan market then popped in for food and drink. Such a beautiful place, outside terrace was lovely to sit in as the sun was shining. Fairly busy too. Pork belly baguette was delicious The server was in the brown trousers and striped shirt was very attentive to detail. Will definitely return

Absolutely fantastic and atmospheric venue. Amazing food, fabulous service and the best in entertainment. Cannot fault it. I’d use it for all family celebrations now. Am now in process of booking my daughter in laws wedding party there. The garden is gorgeous. Love love love this place!
