The fact that the restaurant didn't have an empty table while we were there emphasises its popularity and based upon our visit for the first time on Saturday 28th October, it has to be because of the quality of the food and service. We were served quickly, the food was tasty and hot and the young waitresses were very attentive in their duties. It didn't bother us that it wasn't licenced. We just took a bottle of wine with us and paid the one pound per person corkage fee which worked out much cheaper than buying restaurant wine. Visited on 5/1/24. We have been to this restaurant many times over the years. After a break, we noticed a slight decline in the food and service quality, but on our recent visit, everything was back to its superb best. We ordered set menu A, and the mixed starter platter was excellent, especially the juicy chicken satay sticks. All three mains were delicious, with the Thai red curry being awesome and the beef in oyster sauce superb. I am puzzled by the one-star reviews and question their authenticity. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is definitely back to its best. It also offers great value for money and remember it is BYO alcohol.

watered down sweet chilli sauce and curry. Been several times before not upto usual standards. no need to make sweet chilli sauce watered down both had it in our starters dissapointing not much salad on plate either 6.50 and 3.50 for prawn crackers, I get food price increases but dont feel I got value for money on our visit. Curries were not as normal hardly any veg in there. Also now 1.00 corkage in drinks, which is fine but need to update website. I feel its under new management didnt recognise any of the staff.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past, but when I went in January, I felt that the quality of the food had decreased compared to my previous visits. I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. The food was not as good as it used to be, and all four of us who dined together shared the same opinion, despite ordering different dishes. It is disappointing because we have been recommending this place to others for years. Réservez une table maintenant

Really poor! Used to be good pre 2020 but we heard a rumour the old owners were back so we decided to give it another go (it wasn’t the case). Prawn starter battered with onion rings???? Swimming in grease. Rib starter cheapest meat poorly cooked. Ordered talapia which was deep fried and had the texture of leather! Really disappointed and won’t be back!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Blue Sapphire. We opted for the set meal for two, which included a delicious Thai mixed starter, Sea Bass with boiled rice and assorted dishes, and Honeycomb Ice Cream for dessert. The food, service, and overall experience were exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant. P.S. You can bring your own wine.

This restaurant is great for amazing food, if your looking for authentic thai food this place is the one for you. We had a variety if dish and I could not fault anything from starters to main. I have travelled to many cities for a great Thai food and this place is now on my top list! worth every penny!!!!

visit this restaurant for over years and still have a bad meal, always great service and helpful staff, eating is consistently good and my favorites are the reserve to start ripening and drunk escape with sticky rice for the net, but warn it its very hot. Réservez une table maintenant

I terrible food .yredcurry was watery and full of sugar really annoyed ..ordered via uber eats.. myfood was just water and sugar with vegetables how did this even happen

It was okay.Service was nice but food not so great, not as bad as some reviews make it look though. We might give it a second chance soon :
