Was really expecting a better experience after reading the reviews than what I actually experienced. Took my gf here for her birthday last night. Walked into a full house, so we were seated at a wall table. It took about 15 minutes before a server took our drink order. Placed our food order right after. Both meals came out, veggies and sweet potatoe were both cold. Seared seafood platter was very small and didn't have much flavor to it. Scallops seemed slightly overcooked and chewy. Ordered two glasses of wine with our meal, and the wine glasses were not filled like a typical glass of wine should be. Service and chef is friendly. Seafood Belle Haven It's about the best thing I've ever eaten. Jumbo shrimp, scallops, lump crab in butter and covered in cheeses. Need I say more. My mouth is watering just thinking of it. We were staying in Virginia Beach, on the beach. We'd seen the reviews and decided to go. It was a little out of the way to get to it but well worth it. My sweet adorable husband told them it was my birthday. I told them that it was a couple of days before but I received Hector the Birthday chicken on my table anyway. the seafood combination itself was quite good. but I thought the accompanying parts did not measure and seemed more like something that was just thrown in with the feature entree. a very small baked potato and an inspicious vegetables were added. but their desserts are fabulous. but for the price they pay, there is a better value seafood restaurants in the opposite.

What an amazing restaurant! Completely satisfied from the moment we walked in the door til the moment we walked out. Service was top notch, food was absolutely delicious and the bartender made the best Old Fashion I’ve had in some time. Great place to enjoy with a tasty meal! Celebrating my husband’s 50th Birthday was a true treat! Thank you Blue!
