I did not want to post a review. I have been waiting for a call from a GM for over a week and was hoping I could share my experience with management. It was awful.... I took my daughter here for her birthday as a treat on a Wednesday night. We were sat outside and ignored for 20 minutes, among 4 other tables.. A host asked if we 'd been served yet, we had not. He got our server over directly. We finally got food ordered and waited. And waited. And waited. 45 minutes on a Wednesday for 3 rolls and still waiting without a server checking in on us. As we waited a couple came in and acted like they owned the place. They grabbed spray bottles and began wiping off their own table to sit behind us...
Walking into Blue Sushi and Grill was like walking into a yoga studio, calm, nice music, fresh air, and I could already smell the delicious fresh ingredients straight from the kitchen. I was greeted by the hostess and seated right away in the front left corner of the restaurant. Each table was nicely plated with condiments filled and everything from the plates to the chopsticks were laid out perfectly. As I was seated a waitress was right with me, brought out ice cold water with cucumber slices and immediately asked if I would like anything else to drink. The first day of school celebratory dinner my little one wanted sushi and we decided on Blue! Mondays are also kids day and Little Bento Boxes are discounted to 6 bucks! My daughter chose basic Chicken strips and Rice. My son Loves fish so we ordered Salmon (not discounted for him to try and Sesame Noodles. Both were a big hit and they shared between themselves. My husband had to get his favorites, the Cherry Bombs, and a spicy Green Eggs and Hama Roll (which my daughter actually tried! . I started with a salad topped with Wasabi Soy dressing (my son loved as well and a Blue Kani- tofu pocket stuffed with crab and covered in eel sauce- Yum! The best Brussels in town, with Lemon Miso and Cash...
I just arrived into town, and had an early dinner. I was quickly showed to a table by the very nice hostess. Waitress immediately came over to show me the menu and happy hour menu. The prices are pretty decent for the food and drinks during HH. I loved the miso soup, it was fantastic. I had the chicken lettuce wraps, and those were very flavorful. I wish the chicken was served hot though. This was a fantastic sushi grill in Lincoln, NE. Everything looked and smelled fresh. It was so good, I ate here twice during the week! I Will definitely return with an empty stomach!

This place has an amazing fun relaxing atmosphere! You can sit and enjoy the food! They do have happy hour all day Sunday which helps with the price of sushi rolls! We greeted right away, ordered some drinks and the mango crab Rangoon (very good by the way! but the crab Rangoon showed up before our drinks AND we were pretty much finished with the appetizer by the time we did get our drinks. And it was only water. But all in all the food was amazing and we did have a nice time! We will be back! I do know that!!
BEST place ever. Hotel Cali is the best roll on their menu and no where else can duplicate it. Best drinks, best service and best atmosphere! 5 the GM Mallory is very attentive and is always so pleasant and happy. She truly is why I come back!
Always great food. Sushi (Hawaiian roll) was prepared perfectly and ready in under 30 minutes. Also got a dinner salad with carrot/ginger dressing. A little spicy for me but still had good flavor.
Blue Sushi is a staple for my family. Everyone loves it! Their lunch special is fantastic. My personal favorites are the Tidal Wave and the Coconut Crab Soup.
