Slow service even when it was not too packed on Wed night. We were surprised that its rate is 4.6 (Google) given that the sushi is not good, the menu is terrible and the service is below average. The sushi rice was chewy than normal which made us feel it was not fresh.
Not a place for a single diner; 45 min wait for food. Manager was kind enough to apologize but… also more of a roll place than a true sushi bar experience. Obviously ok for many people as evidenced by the large amount of multiple person tables.
The server was very friendly and efficient. Although we couldn't sit at the sushi bar, we were quickly seated at a table. The food was excellent.

The food was good, but I wouldn't recommend ordering the mochi again as the dough's consistency was off and too starchy.
Lived in omaha. Visiting Denver, had to stop at Blue!!! Lots of good lookin ladies that work there! Loved it!
