Good food and lovely staff. I had a vegetarian breakfast, made vegan by taking out the mushrooms (cooked with butter) and potato cake (containing egg), and adding avocado.

Really enjoyed the food while looking over the best beach in Perth, sipping a beautiful Swings and Roundabouts Chardonnay, doesn't get any better than that.
Its changed name now to hola on the beach. Still great food, similar menu but decor is now disappointingly down market.
