Pricing is reasonable considering the quality of the offerings, and booking a reservation over the phone is simple, even when they’re closed. During peak times in the summer, there is a seating limit of 1.5 hours, but during quieter periods, guests are welcomed to linger longer. The Blue Willow Tea Shop has been my favorite dining restaurant in town since they opened at the Wharf.
