We came too late as they were ready to close the kitchen, but they were gracious enough to serve us. The restaurant was clean, I could see into the kitchen, even the floor was clean at the end of Sunday night. The bathrooms were also clean. The tables are disinfected as soon as customers leave. Our server was attentive, friendly, helpful and did not seem to work late. We heard the chef who told everyone that they had done a good job and he thanked them. He came to our table and talked to us despite the late hour and asked how we liked our food. Very personal and friendly, give us the history of the restaurant so that we feel at home.
we had our reception in Bluff City in May I couldn't recommend it enough! The staff was amazing and attentive at night. They made my reception really perfect so stress-free. Randi the event coordinator is amazing! She knows her stuff made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend adding Tortellini to your event menu. It was a guest lover at our reception! Bluff City Restaurant is also so good! We never had a bad meal would recommend the Guac bits. If I could give this review more stars, I would! Very recommended bluff for all events or even dinner!
This place is great for events or bar type activities. But for a nice dining experience, it is a little bit too loud. I have gone there many time since they opened, and it is still very noisy in the dining room, especially if there is something going on at the bar area. The food is very good and staff are always courteous and friendly. Service is prompt. Event venue is well appointed if you are looking for a special occasion room.
This is the second time we ate here and both time were great. The waitress was very nice and answered all the questions about the menu we had. The manager even asked us how everything was before our departure.i had the cooking salad and it was as I like it, full of goodies!!
