Same self-service concept and the same top quality and taste as in the other Blum branches. The guest room is relatively small and the atmosphere as in a bistro (as the name also says, but there is also an indoor and outdoor area. But best staff! Very friendly, professional and attentive. In the evening just before the end of the shop I got a small plate of shrimp with roast potatoes in addition to my food (North Sea crab plate with two eggs, roast potatoes and salad for €16.50 . In addition, we noticed that Blum packs more crabs in the crab rolls than Gosch and is 1€ cheaper at 6.50€. Blum simply has the best price ratio absolutely recommended and our unchallenged favorite on Sylt for fish...
we were at lunch at blum and know the fish restaurant for over 10 years already at the visit of the last two years that the previously excellent fish quality had greatly decreased, but otherwise it was in the past. Today we had a black day at blum’s. we have ordered a teller knieper (stone craps) and in the connection fish from the grill. the knieper came half raw and in the complaint they were told they would belong. after that they were pushed into oven and came to us 15 min later still raw. the fish from the grill was panned and not from the grill. the jars had to be complained because lip pen was on by the previous guests. short of the whole visit was a real poor certificate.
if they expect the butler in livree to accompany them to the table covered with crystal glasses and silver cutlery, they are wrong here. this is a self-service service with a large selection of fish and large portions. a decent selection of wines is also available (we took a white santa cristina). in four less than 80 € for generous portions of excellent grilled tuna and mixed garlands (3 1) including a bottle of wine and water. all on sylt, where in some clubs you could spend an average salary for a sandwich and a glass prosecco. final judgment: excellent.
unfortunately we were a little late for this restaurant there - it closes the kitchen already at 20 o'clock! we then also felt this circumstance: as a supplement there were only bratkartoffels or caroffelsalat steam potatoes and rice were out, not very friendly waiter and cook on the food intake.Essensquality was average, somehow we did not feel really well because even the evening of the staff was.price performance for sylt is going to be ordered!

We had two baked rolls and a bismark herring. A glass of wine and a fanta. I can't do anything here, except perhaps the Corona-related measures that have disturbed the atmosphere. Especially the service was typical Nordic and that is what makes a good fish shop. The goods offered were delicious and fresh. It's great.
you can buy delicious salads and fish and eat at home, but also in the restaurant excellent. no chicimicki but casual, original to decent preisen. always liked.
at least in the restaurant more like a snack. Outside you don't sit so cozy. Eat is good. neat. there are nicer restaurants. for the starving it is enough.
We picked up our lunch ourselves. Were very enthusiastic. Super delicious and especially really hot at home. Very recommended
