The Brasserie is a good spot for families but our menu choices were very disappointing. Perhaps they have specialties that we missed. Safer to go to the Stubi or Basta or their Chinese....or elsewhere. The Christmas rush might have added to the poor quality and service. The waiter was charming but slow and extremely confused. Brought us red instead of our white wine choice. Sauces for entrees arrived after long pause. Pomme Frites are safe choice. Better spots and certainly more affordable dining options delivering a much better product. Be very specific as our waiter brought the wrong selections after POINTING to the items on the menu.
Terrible experience. A complete waste of money when there are so many great eating venues just a few minutes away. The food is generic no flair, no taste, nothing that stands out or would cause me to return. I had food poisoning at their Chinese Restaurant a few years back. The directors of the hotel are particularly nasty. The wait staff showed no grace or friendliness. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.
