The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance and the food was very tasty. Our server was also excellent. However, I deducted one star because they add a 5% charge on top of tax and tip to "offset high salaries and Covid struggles". I think it would be better if they increased all food prices by 5% so that customers are aware of what they are paying for. I don't like feeling like I am being charged extra for no reason. For a party of 3 (2 adults and 1 child), the total bill came to $150, which seemed pricey considering we didn't order a lot.

really great eating, no matter what you order. but the brussel sprouts are some of the best out there. the drinks are handmade, handmade and always delicious. the dach is always a fave with great music, fantastic ambiente and a first-class staff. we had our high-time reception here and it was perfection.
