In the last two weeks we’ve received the wrong item twice. Giving the benefit of the doubt (these were Uber eats) we ordered direct tonight. No doorbell, no knock. Happened to look outside when we heard the car door close as the driver pulled away. Called to find out our order would be another 30 minutes. Evidently there were “a lot of doors.” Manager was combative, but not short on excuses including that drivers are not allowed to come to the door due to Covid regulations. I guess they hurl pizzas “paperboy” style. Long story short there are plenty of other, better, pizza options in Rockaway.
This restaurant is absurd! Not only is the food mediocre, but they also charge an additional fee for using a debit or credit card. The person who took my order failed to mention this extra charge, but I noticed it while waiting for my food. I ordered pasta and the bread they gave me on the side was carelessly thrown into a paper bag instead of being wrapped in wax paper or foil. When I asked about it, the girl explained that they cannot wrap the bread in film. It seems like they only cater to beach goers because this is the only pizzeria in the neighborhood.
I used to live in Rockaway years ago and would always come to this restaurant after work at the YMCA. Today, I walked in and noticed how quiet it was. When I asked why, I was told it was under new management, and you could immediately tell. The vibe, atmosphere, and food were not the same as before. It's really disappointing. This used to be the best pizza in Rockaway.
I only gave it one star because I had to, but it definitely does not deserve any stars. I ordered the baked ziti and received overcooked penne noodles, a very thin sauce, and hardly any cheese. When I called to complain, the person on the phone had no solutions or excuses. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Paid 28.99 for a pick up order of 2 slices and a regular order of fried calamari small amount, soft and bland). Called the order in and 20 mins later got to the establishment and order was not ready. Had to wait another 20 mins at the store before my order was ready. You be the judge of that. Pizza slices were good thought.
I brought my fiancée from Nashville to try NYC pizza for the first time at this restaurant. They did not disappoint. The service was friendly and professional, and she also loved her Happy Broth dish.
Perfect Sicilian. Haven’t been here since 2017, when I moved. Making all my friends go when I come back because I’ve thought of them for years. I compare everything to them. Great prices too!!
Eating is good. my favorite use of being shrimp sampling, but the chef is not the same when it comes to getting rid of.

They have a great staff and good food that is consistent. The prices are fair, store is clean, and they work fast.
Very good pizza. Kinda on the expensive but you get what you pay for. Go there everyday!
