Dreadfully disorganised service at the bar, untrained bar staff only 1 present on both occasions I have visited with at least 5 people waiting) very little signage and no Information shared from bar staff) about having to log your car reg not sure of any actual consequences) On initial occasion was forced to run through 3 bottles of wine on wine list) before finding a bottle they actually had. On second, I looked into the fridge and selected a wine present, but was given a small wine glass filled to the brim with the explanation that the large wine glasses have disappeared Food took 45+ minutes for 2 steak sandwiches which arrived lukewarm at best pub was 20% full) Poor servers having to ask...
We've never been here before, but we were absolutely grateful that we did. The atmosphere and vibes were so calm and joyful. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Burger, customised for no salad, salted caramel sundae ,with 3 belinis, 1 gin spritz and a point of coke. The food was so ABSOLUTELY GEORGOUS hats off to the masters of this creation. The FOH staff Hannah was so quick to make sure we had anything and everything needed. She also showed us how the salt shaker works too XD Honestly the best experience of fine dining we've had in a while. We are absolutely coming back for any and all occasions!!!
Busy pub with a lovely, cost feel. What let's it down seems to always be the food. A high ratio of the times I have been here they have been either understaffed, overbooked or service is just plain slow. The food quality does not justify any sort of wait either. However, treat it like a place for just drinks and it is wonderful. Plenty of outdoor seating (barely indoors though) and a beautiful atmosphere.
Honestly, the roast dinner at this restaurant was terrible. My pork was cold, the potatoes were very hard and cold, and the stuffing was also cold. For £16, I expect a warm and fresh meal. I would recommend saving your money and going to Toby Carvery instead. The waitress brought me more pork, but it was also not fresh, and I was tired of complaining.

Our dining experience at this restaurant was delightful. The staff, particularly John and Sarah, were all very friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was excellent. We would definitely return and recommend this place to others.
Haven't been there for a while and finally visited this place last weekend. It's no longer just a pub, it looks like a nice and modern cafe. Garden looks lovely

Awful service and food ! Sunday roast belonged in prison .. microwaved slop!! Looked like it was plated up with a catapult from 50 meters
