Everything is good til you get to the bathrooms- this is the second time two years apart and the bathrooms are atrocious- at least the women’s bathrooms. Honestly maybe a check list where staff can check and clean hourly, refill soap and paper towels and give the toilet a bit of a scrub a dub would help? If you want good food and service it’s good- but the bathrooms are a turn off and have been since October 2022. Work on that
Haven't been to a Bob Evans in awhile. I remembered the food being good, and it was! We stopped in for breakfast before a long drive day. The service was also great. Shantay was our server and she was so cheerful and friendly that she got our day off to great start. Shout out to Shantay!
Breakfast was delicious and I would like to thank Brittany for being the best waitress I believe I have ever had. I also heard the other staff members speaking kindly to each other and offering to help each other.
I was at the restaurant for 25 minutes and did not receive any service, not even to take a drink order. However, two families who came in after us were promptly attended to. Réservez une table maintenant
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It did take a bit longer for our food to come out due to a busy night, but overall it was a positive experience.
Not good at all, we got Bob Evan's to go and they completely messed up our orders and left out so much of our toppings and food.
We came in at 8:30 pm, and they said all they had was fried food. Their hours are till 9. Not acceptable !!
