Everything was great. The only thing that held them from getting 5 stars was someone should show the cook when someone orders hashbrowns with onions you don't cook the hashbrowns and and just put raw onions on the top....they get cooked in the hashbrowns. Maybe next time they will get 5 stars.
The food and service were pleasant, but the establishment could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The area around the outdoor benches was greasy and dark, which didn’t create a favorable first impression. Additionally, the carpets inside also needed some attention.
After leaving a not so good review for another Bob Evans, I decided to give the company another try because I have loved their food in the past. I stopped on a busy Saturday morning and the service and food was excellent. Happy that I went back for another try.

The food is decent, but I’d prefer to go to Cracker Barrel. Bob’s gravy has a flavor that reminds me of something from a package or can. Other than that, the food is good and the service is excellent.
This is a great representation of the franchise. The staff is friendly and attentive. You really can't go wrong with Bob Evans.
