The only good thing about our visit was the food that the cooks prepared. They were the only ones that didn't drop the ball. Everyone else from the greeter to the servers to the General Manager dropped the ball severely. My family's and my experience was awful and if this was my first experience at a Bob Evans I'd never go back. We had to ask for a highchair 3 times, had to wait over 30 minutes for our drink order to be taken, which the first time it was taken by a manager and never brought to us. We had to ask for refill on our drinks, cream for our coffee and then was brought our bill without being asked if we wanted anything else.
