You totally ruined my Thanksgiving dinner. I ordered our meal 3 days before Thanksgiving Day, they set me a time for a curbside pickup. Thanksgiving Day I come to pick up my order, there are so many people waiting inside and outside the restaurant, I thought they were waiting to be sitting, even if it was for a board pickup, I had to clean as they never answered the phone. If I ask for my order, they tell me there is an hour waiting list, I told the hostess that I was only there to pick up my order and she said how all. I mean, what is the point to order before the time when they let you wait so long? I canceled my order and went what a waste of time, gasoline and energy. I'm never gonna com...
Server obviously did not want to work this day. Slow slow service and when our food came out it was simply nasty. The fish was very very old by taste and the pot roast had zero flavor. The food appeared to be fast food type. The restaurant was clean and had lots of cool things to look at or.purchase like tshirts and more! We were disappointed in the food and service basically. I recently dined at this restaurant for breakfast and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. The food was top-notch, I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff receiving another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was great too, I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my meal, so I would also rate it a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious breakfast experience.
