The staff BOB EVANS FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL during breakfast time 8:30 am was beyond perfect. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. CUSTOMERS ARE FIRST WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEIR ATMOSPHERE US IS WELCOMING AND BRIGHT. Tried to go to Cracker Barrel 8 am at the SHILOH, ILLINOIS LOCATION GREENMOUNT RD. they were closed and sign clearly indicates 7:00 am opening time. The manager of that establishment literally glared at US with such a HATEFUL LOOK I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE ANY OF THEIR FACILITIES AGAIN. … – show

Meal came out cold. Asked for the hash browns to be cooked well done. Got the side of fruit with a side of mold on the grapes. I think the pictures speak for themselves. When we pointed out the mold to our server, Kristen, she didn’t seem to concerned.

Went to dinner had great food and service. Parking lot always makes it look like it's closed at night but not. Will b back soon!

My 1st time here 12/3/22. Breakfast. Was a great time, good food and service. Prices reasonable for the industry.
