My granddaughter and I went to the Bloomington Bob Evan’s around 6:30 on Monday night for dinner. There was a sign that said wait to be seated, there was a couple waiting before us, so after looking at the items being sold, they sat down and so did we. I heard the cook or someone from the kitchen telling a waitress there were people in the lobby. She walked through and looked at me, frowned and kept on walking. Another waitress was told, she grabbed her jacket and walked between the other couple and us, not saying a thing and left the building. After waiting about 25 minutes with no recognition from anyone, we got up and left.
I usually have a great experience with their carryout or curbside pickup; the food is excellent. However, their attention to detail could definitely be improved. I paid online for an Easter meal that cost $69.99, which my husband picked up. Once we got home, I noticed that the dinner rolls and cranberry relish were missing from the order. After including a tip, my total came to $86. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve this issue, but I've been on hold for 35 minutes with no response—so frustrating! All I want is a gift card, a coupon code, or something to make up for it.
I recently had an outstanding dining experience with some of the best service I’ve had in a long time! Kristine Page is an incredibly dedicated waitress—one of the hardest working I've encountered in quite a while. The manager is equally committed to ensuring every guest feels well taken care of. The food was prepared exactly to my liking, making for a wonderful way to start the day. I encourage everyone to take note of the great work these two do! I enjoy a delicious breakfast while they serve up a fantastic experience. Thank you!
Food is always great and nicely cooked, the establishment is moderately clean. However when busy they seem to be a bit disorganized as well as running all over the place. The cashier :Laura; seems to get sidetracked about every 40sec due to only having one cashier in the front. While other members of the staff were sipping on drinks, and the waiting list goes for around 40 mins.

Our waitress left because she was the only one on duty. Kitchen staff had to come out to attend to customers. It seems like people either don’t want to work or, if they have a job, they just don’t show up. What is happening with people these days?!
Had a 45 min wait to place our order then an 45 min to be served COLD COFFEE AND FOOD . The ceilings were covered in molds . Cardboard hanging from the ceiling above the kitchen . . . Needless to say we won't be back .
the second time we went out before we could sit down. we waited for a good one to get a place without even being recognized. this time it was for brkfst. last time it was dinner. very disappointing.
that was a nice bob evans. it's still a lazy evans, but they did everything this morning. the service was spot on the food was properly prepared the place was clean, what more can you ask?

a nice lunch to our jubilee. ryan took care of us very well. prompt delivery of our delicious meals. the personal was also for our visit of meaning.
the personal was very nice, only the problem was the hickory smoked speck in my omelet was just the candied bacon crumb.
