I loved server, Laura, who had a golden heart and a warm personality that could warm any heart, but what I found aggravating was the bums rush one gets after one eats.I let the hostesses know, I was there to ear, relax and study, having entered with my two favorite books. I ordered, ate and then sat, praying as I studied.I felt, after the check was presented with an insincere comment that I could stay as long as I liked, like I had to leave, now.From the verbal hints that I hadn't ordered anything more and I was asked why I was still there, to the insincere, outright disdainful look from the young cashier, I realized I would not be returning.These people, say one thing and do another. Ordered three meals only one could be eaten,and it was missing the banana bread. The chicken noodle soup was chicken broth with a scant number of carrots and a few noodles. The third meal was a pot roast sandwich which was thrown in the trash it was not even close to being eatable . Then they frogot the cold slaw that went with it. I called Bob Evans and was put on hole to speak with the manager but after waiting 8 minutes I hung up .Just goes to show how much they dont care about their customers. Save your 50 dollars and go anywhere else

extremely disappointing! the customer service has hit a new ground here. After she had to remember the waitress on coffee, she heard how she told other customers behind us, it didn't matter. ham, who had a little press or held on it. french toast half cooked. over hard egg is still casual. we tried to pay at least for the drink we hardly touched, and we said: "Now go! "we and friends will not come back because the manager, standing in the service window would not acknowledge or speak to us. you lost several customers today.

Too busy talking to come back and check on my meal hash browns were not done right I had to walk up to the counter to tell the waitress who was too busy doing other things and lost the idea of “service”. Even checking out they were talking and I just left my money on the counter!? Also the windows were dirty instead of leaning they could be cleaning to make the restaurant look nice for guests losing their touch here sad ? because I always loved Bob Evans Réservez une table maintenant

Eat is good. the service is terrible. I just left two waiting. it was said that it would take 15 minutes. 6 tables left and was not seated. in the meantime the entire waiting section filled. very bad administration at this place.

Went to Bob Evans for a quick meeting and wete received with open arms, very enjoyable meeting at the end of our meet a team member ordered two meals to go. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

shirley was our wonderful server. service was fast and the food was excellent. you want to see front doors in wood texture lacquer. space was clean with good atmosphere.

that's the best bob evans I was. all employees are pointed notches and the cooks they know what they do. great food good prices and clean toilets. the journey worth Réservez une table maintenant

It was a good meal, and prices were budget friendly. Staff was great meal come out hot about 20 mins or so til the meal hit the table after the order was placed.

Our server, Francisco, was quick to take and serve our orders/food. She was so pleasant making sure we were satisfied and happy! Food was so delicious!!
