Easy access Bob Evans right off the freeway, easy stop, in, and out, for anyone traveling up or down I-71. Waitresses were friendly, and efficient. Food was on parr to what is expected at the chain. We all enjoyed our meals. Spacious layout, and nice design as many Bob Evans seem to vary. Only complaint would be the booth for four that we were sat at, was extremely tight, giving us very little room to move or even for placement of menus and food. Incredibly small booths, and, we're all pretty small ourselves. Either which, nice stop right off the freeway, recommended for a quick and easy meal.
Like most restaurants these day, help was in need and staffing was an issue. This place was very busy due to short staffing. But everyone did their best to please! They all worked extremely hard to serve although the lines and wait was long, the only attitudes came from impatient visitors. The staff was well smiled and did everything they found to accommodate! I ended up ordering out because it was quicker. I understand the manager was even jumping between cleaning dishes and helping in the kitchen. Great job Bob Evans Team!!!
My friends and I stayed here yesterday on the way to Columbus from Cincinnati. We had been sitting in traffic for almost an hour and I have to say Miss Kitty made it worth it! She was a great waitress. They were so busy, and we had seen her say twice, so we were ready to wait. She made sure we didn't. She was right on our table, got our drinks immediately, brought our food to us and checked several times. If I'm ever so down again, I'll stop to see her!!!
Best place ever!!!! People are very nice the food is amazing! I would recommend this place in columbus! 10 out of 10 stars if there is a stars to 10 I would give it a 10 out of 10. Alyssa was our server she is super awesome. In fact everyone here is amazing. I would come here if I lived near here.

Staff was very friendly. They brought us our curbside order as soon as we called when we arrived. Some items didn't come with everything that was listed on the menu. Strawberry oatmeal bowl was missing strawberry sauce, pecans, and the milk. Food was fine.
We were greeted by the friendly waitress. She answered all the questions we had, offered suggestions. She was just a pleasure. The food was served in time and was very good. We were very happy with this location.
I waited an hour and ten minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, the chicken was dry. The carrots appeared as though they had been left out overnight. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs!
Breakfast was great! Waitstaff were wonderful! And another customer paid for our check! My 74 yo uncle is a Navy veteran and hat his hat on. Very much appreciated.
