Updated post: I ordered on line three different times and all three times something was missing. When I called to speak to the manager I was told I had to pick up the missing item that same day. Mind you, I do not live close by and was not about to go all the way back there for the missing items. The first time they gave me the wrong kind of pie, the second time they forgot to give me the banana nut bread and the third time they forgot to give me a salad. Now if they allowed me to pick up the missing items on a later date I might have given them a higher rating. I don't think I will be ordering take out from there again. I also dined in. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience. I ordered the new southwest avocado omelet, which was well-made but lacked flavor and wasn't as hot as I had hoped. I was also taken aback by the small serving of potatoes that accompanied it. On a positive note, the biscuits and gravy I tried were outstanding; the gravy was thick, rich, and full of flavor, which is what this restaurant is known for. Our waitress was excellent as well—she was quick and friendly. While this Bob Evans, like many chain restaurants, didn't quite reach a five-star rating, I was pleasantly surprised after a few disappointing visits in the past. I will definitely return.
Bob Evans is a fantastic restaurant, and it's hard to resist ordering breakfast when you go there. I had a wonderful experience at this particular location. My waitress, Bree, was very attentive not only to me but also to her other tables. The food arrived quickly, hot, and just as I ordered it. I only waited about 5 minutes, even though the restaurant was quite busy. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
We’re giving this place 5 stars for the food because we truly enjoyed it, but the management definitely needs improvement. We walked in for two drinks and some bread to go, and it took over 15 minutes to get our order. There were three staff members behind the counter chatting with each other instead of attending to customers. I noticed a "help wanted" sign out front—it should really say "management wanted."

We ordered a dinner for two that featured pot roast, steak tips, a garden salad, green beans with ham, loaded fries, potato soup, and we shared an apple pie for dessert. The food was of outstanding quality, and the portions were incredibly generous, leaving us with plenty of leftovers. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of favorite dining spots!
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I am definitely looking forward to coming back. My waitress, Mackenzie, was incredibly sweet and patient. The young man who seated us was also very attentive when I asked for a closer table. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
This is truly one of the best Bob Evans locations I've visited, and one of the best dining experiences I've had in quite some time! The staff here is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Savannah was a wonderful server. Thank you for making our breakfast so enjoyable!
The food was good, and the service was satisfactory. While I have no complaints, nothing stood out as exceptional. There is certainly potential for more wow factor. However, I would still recommend visiting for a comforting meal!

I got curbside service,the food was old, the meat was tough and hard, the mashed potatoes were old brown on the bottom and hard I could use them to play ball with, Worst food from there ever, 8/1/24
I love going to this place for breakfast with my family or friends. It's one of our favorites! The coffee is exquisite, and the breakfasts are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!
