The absolute worse customer service I ever received in my life. We just left here and after both me and my boyfriend was given our drinks I noticed my large Lavendar Milk Tea was a small. When I told the same brunette girl that took our order that I got the wrong size and that I ordered a large she gave me a dirty look in front of other customers and put the receipt on our table and said if I want to upgrade for a large she can ring me up for 1.50. After she told me that i said i ordered a large. Then she walked away from me and left to the back kitchen areaIt wasn't about paying the 1.50 it was about how I was treated and the attitude I was given. And why should I have to pay for her mistak...

I understand that everyone makes errors, but she could have handled the situation more professionally by apologizing for the mix-up and speaking with a coworker or supervisor about it, rather than taking her frustration out on me with such rudeness and unprofessionalism. My family usually visits this place every weekend with our four kids, but after how I was treated, I honestly don’t want to come back.
The calamari was delicious—crispy and accompanied by a flavorful sauce. I ordered the regular version, but they also offer mild and spicy options. The boba pearls were great, fresh, and not old or hard like I've experienced at other places. I wish they had a melon flavor, but they still have a nice variety. They also serve fries and more. The atmosphere is decent, but it's a bit small, making it hard to find any privacy.
Overall, the atmosphere was pretty good! The cashier was nice aswell. Just one problem...My drink was watery. I ordered a milk tea with boba, and It was watered down to a massive extent. I usually rate places by how good the food is, so this doesn't cover it. Honestly, I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want to sound ungrateful. To clarify, I like Mr.Boba more than this place.

Delicious food, cute place, friendly staff! If they had vegan/vegetable broth for the veggie/tofu ramen they would have it all. Unfortunately they don’t have that yet so if you don’t eat meat just chose one of their nice alternatives.
I'm from downtown LA, I visited a friend here and looking for a Boba Place. Luckily found this olace they have good food especially their Boba and sweet potato
The Pho broth here is the best in Lancaster or Palmdale in my opinion.And the popcorn chicken is delicious!
The best pho we've found in the AV so far! It's become my husband's and my new favorite spot.
