We stumbled on this Vietnamese restaurant & boy were we glad. My son got the ban mi which was the perfect mix of flavours mouth feel & filling. We had beef rice noodle soup, liked the Ban mi with good crunch, sweet sour & umami taste to it. Vietnamese coffee was superb too
Very good coffee both iced and hot. The steak was tough and served with an over fried egg 8 minutes before everyone else and their eggs were served cold. People were nice and I'm thinking the lesson learned is don't have a Australian breakfast in a Vietnamese restaurant.
This restaurant was booked entirely for a social club function as it had karaoke. Bobbys advertising says that it has authentic Vietnamese food. Having traveled extensively throughout SE Asia including Vietnam, the food served was the absolute worst I have ever eaten.
We had an excellent salad with mint and coriander. Lemon chicken was beautiful and an enormous serve. Thoroughly reasonable bill and attentive service. It was a multicultural dining experience, I loved it. Réservez une table maintenant
first of all Bobby's has moved to Grafton St, in the Ocean Arcade. Food is fantastic, the Vietnamese Bread rolls are to die for. Well priced and the service is very good, better should say EXCELLENT
Had the $25 gold banquet for two people. What a great meal, the service was friendly and quick. The banquet was tasty and I will return again. Well worth a visit and recommend the banquet.
We had a breakfast here...lots of good food at a good value and a caring service...went an extra mile for replacing meat with greens-- juice tasted very fresh.
