I was very disappointed with the treatment I received at this restaurant. I visited around 5:45 PM and was admiring some items I didn't realize they offered. I ended up ordering a chuck roast, a hamburger, a chicken salad, and some soup. During my visit, I was aggressively asked if I wanted anything else. To make matters worse, the woman at the counter snatched my credit card from my hand. When I asked her if there was a problem with her taking my card like that, she had no response. The girl waiting on us didn't seem to care what size or amounts of meat we wanted. We asked for 7 oz sizzlers and she gave us extra large ones amounting to 1 lb each. And we ordered sliced deli meat and asked for 1/4 of a pound and she gave us over a half a pound. They need to hire help that will try to accommodate the customers.
I came into Bob’s to get chops for dinner. We’ve never bought them before (usually get their steak). The gal at the counter recommended the marinated ones. The price was awesome, $4 for 3 chops.My husband grilled them and they are fantastic!! The flavor is great and they were very tender.Definitely going to get these more often!
On May 17, 2023, we had our first experience at this burger restaurant, and it was fantastic! The place was immaculate, and the staff were very friendly. We found everything we needed, making it a great alternative to big box stores or grocery shopping. We will definitely return while we're in the Jenison area!
