Of the dishes we have tried: The salmorejo was the one that surprised me the most, it was spectacular, I have rarely found anything like it. The lacón croquettes with San Simón cheese are another highly recommended dish. The rice with cuttlefish at its point, very balanced in flavor, nothing strong and accompanied by an alioli with lime that gives it a very good touch. Soy un cocinero y este restaurante va a ser una referencia nacional pronto. tiene uno de los mejores chefs de este país y un jefe de la habitación que es una pestaña de lujo... ¡Espero volver pronto para un regalo y sentirme como un rey en la boca!
Segunda vez que o visito. A primeira foi espectacular. A segunda non me gustou tanto, os platos principais tiñan deficiencias. Pero manteño a boa puntuación porque estou seguro que a próxima vez que volva será un éxito
