Not a bad little barbecue joint. It seems to be a chain but is run like a local place, with disposable plates and silverware, and a simple menu board. Perfectly serviceable pulled pork, good chopped brisket for a chain, and a very savory smoked sausage. I had the sandwich whose name I forget, sadly that had chopped smoked sausage and brisket and it was a good combination. The brisket wasn't too greasy and was pretty finely chopped, giving a nice contrast to the diced sausage. Sauces and condiments are all for you to add, too, which is nice. The pickles both the dill and sweet on the condiment bar were excellent, too! The sauce was fairly middle of the road, trending sweet, with a little red pepper bite. Despite being this far west, they actually had decent sweet tea, too. Service was extremely good, with friendly folks behind the counter. The kitchen is partially open and looks spotless, too.

All in all not something to write home about. I ate the combination plate with ribs, sausage, potato salad and beans. There was no flavor to the potato salad, dry dry dry ribs, like crunchy dry. The beans were just bad. The sausage was flavorful and was great. There was no BBQ sauce available for guests and that was just confusing to me to eat at a BBQ place with no sauce. My buddy had combo plate with coleslaw and brisket. Both were very good.

Great service. Mario was great at his job. He prepared my entire ribbed plate, including cutting the meat, as he did not go into the restroom with the meatman. Very friendly and professional as well as the girl Ashlynee and the rest of the staff. Definitely return for more of these delicious ribs.

Oh, wow this place is really amazing. They have several different types of meat to choose and they are all done to perfection. The pages are even better. I had the bride and it was just so delicious and very tasty. The price is correct and people are very friendly. Top strong recommendations

Some good bbq! Loved the coleslaw, ribs had a great crust, nice smokey flavor to the brisket. It was my first visit, I'd been meaning to give it a try. I'll definitely be back again
