Ok to be honest I may be a finicky eater but I am a meat lover. This restaurant has been around since 1972 cooking the same menu day after day. There arent that many places that can claim that type of heritage. Suffice it to say, this is an out of the way traditional beef restaurant not fancy but exceptionally yummy. Rosa and her Family have been running this place since the beginning. The menu is limited but a typical meal for us would be. Spanish Omelette and fried green peppers to start. A large salad with french fries and meat. You can choose between filet mignon or a more aged beef. Warning!! In Spain meat usually comes up pretty rare. As a suggestion, as for punto medio and then have them just cook it a bit more, Believe me unless yo like your meat mooing punto medio is undercooked for most non Spaniards. I usually dont have room for dessert but people in the know swear by their rice pudding with toffee on top. Coffee is awesome and then a complimentary after dinner drink. Cant be bad. Price? Not bad really. It isnt cheap but not overly expensive either. Added onus if you know your Spanish wines you can get a great bottle at less than 15 euros. There are many. Very recommended..... Shhh...little secret....I love hot english mustard and Rosa kindly has some stashed away for me. If you go and tell her Stephen sent you she may let you have some of my mustard ;
