True on 16.07.2022 and unfortunately we have to say we were not the only ones who were badly served on the day and not the only ones where long waited for eating. All in all, we've been there over 3 std and haven't had our whole food yet. In this time truly 2 times the service with us and asked us what to drink for such a time I find it really bad at all when you have so small soaked sizes. You have not complained until at once the seff has stormed out and asked us if we are mad and said whether we have in a hurry the service was also the same and that is the wrong table to the boss! Many things that didn’t fit at all.Have waited 3.5h and maybe got something from our ordered “menu” every hour.Day offer what was presented to us was not fair for what it cost. 22,50€)The main dish came after 3.5 hours, but had already been dessert.Haven said that we would like to have packed it, to take it.In the end we did not get it because we apparently have said that we did not want to have it anymore (what the condition he has said incorrectly)The boss has stumbled to us and asked if we have had a problem whether we had to pay it anyway. Once and never again... such a pure case: 1) long waiting times for food 2) overwhelmed service personnel who repeatedly did not know what order belongs to which table. 3) ordered twice the dinner menu (for two people), after a long waiting period there was a meal that was apparently intended for two-- without any hint on it 4) The dessert provided for the menu has been changed without any explanation (to the disadvantage). 5) Very high price for the low amount of non-quality food 6) The boss is not criminal and responded to the complaints emotionally and patty. 7) Five, six songs as (out loud) background in continuous loop 8) card payment not possible.
Seevery long waiting times (last meal came after 3!! hours); some food was also forgotten. After two hours, the children had to be sent to the subway because they still had nothing. Eating yourself very sweet and with Spanish cuisine has nothing to do! I'm sure we won't go there again....!
