this bofinger restaurant is located in the heart of downtown. the decor is pleasant with some benches and a space with raised long tables completes all. I was surprised to discover a concept similar to subway. the order is made at the counter and the accompaniments are added to the chain. For lunch, we opted for the fried pork sandwich with fries and texas sauce. the portions are very generous. fries are tasteful and good despite their somewhat strange appearance. I would not advise this place for a business meeting or to go regularly (for the good of your waist tower.) it is a pleasant and perfect atmosphere for a 5 to 7 or a small meal with friends during the week.
One thing that stood out to me was that they made fresh French fries, instead of using frozen ones like other restaurants. The service was efficient, despite there being only one man who served as both the cashier and the cook. We were the first customers of the day, followed by two others. The man was friendly and had a cheerful attitude.
I found out that with a combo meal, you receive a free drink from Monday to Friday. The washrooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was positive and cozy. The music playlist was also enjoyable, showing good taste. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially for pork ribs lovers.
I took a budy out for a BBQ lunch for two . I was embarrassed because the quality of the food was simply terrible . I suspect we were given left overs or food that was old . The plate we purchased consisted of hard...dried out ribs ...tasteless sausages...canned beans...patato salad that had taken on the smell of whatever was in their fridge and a poor excuse for coleslaw .
Just overall lackluster. Smoked sausage sandwich was very small, tasted like schneider beef sausages. The wings we got also very dry and overcooked and the sauce had no taste. Definitely not worth the cost, the fries were the best part and they were very mid.

The restaurant (decor/ambiance) is OK but could use updating. The food (especially the ribs) excellent. The potato salad is very good as are the real fries (not frozen). Not pretentious, just delicious smoke house fare. Have yet to find better ribs.
Wow! Pulled pork sandwich with fries for 14!? You cant find a better deal out there not to mention the tenderness and flavour the sandwich offer will keep you coming back for more! Thank you for providing the best bang for your back out there!
Excellent food service, the music was great and the restaurant offered the feeling of a 60s diner.The owner Amir is extremely kind and hospitable.Would definitely recommend everything on the menu but the Beef Brisket Sandwich is a must try!
Amazing friendly service. I wasn’t sure what to order and I think the owner( I forgot to ask his name) helped me to decide. Thank you , it’s nice to know that not all places rush you in and out.

Was visiting Montreal and tried Bofinger. Wow! The food was great, large portion, very tasty. Service was friendly and polite. Prices also very reasonable. Too bad I don't live closer
