Boiling Point - Réservation de table

This restaurant serves truly authentic Taiwanese hotpot, and I highly recommend it! The lunch prices are more affordable than those at dinner, and when you order lunch, you also get a complimentary drink. If you're not a fan of the smell of stinky tofu, I suggest avoiding the house special hotpot. However, I personally enjoy stinky tofu, so I thought it was great. On weekend afternoons, the restaurant can get quite busy—I waited about half an hour for a table. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby shops and supermarkets where you can hang out while you wait. The plaza has ample parking as well.

I went out to dinner with my friends and ordered a Korean bean paste hot pot. The flavor was great, but the soup was a bit too salty and quite spicy. I specifically requested mild spice when I ordered, but it turned out to be medium or even very spicy. I ended up with a runny nose after eating. I've had this experience several times now, where I ordered mild spice but it didn’t meet my expectations. I hope they can improve this aspect. On a positive note, the service staff were very friendly.

Boiling Point was great, and I enjoyed the food until my recent visit. However, yesterday I noticed they changed the menu and the tempura. They downsized it from the large pieces we used to get to much smaller ones, which was disappointing. Please bring back the old tempura to the menu, Boiling Point! I really hope you don’t make any more changes. We love that place!

Staffs are friendly but not very attentive, especially when seating customers. Every time I went there, it was always a long line waiting while there were several empty tables. Portions are smaller than before COVID but not very bad. Come during lunch time to get free green/black tea. Réservez une table maintenant

If I can leave an minus 0 star, I would. Very poor costumer service, poor costumer traffic flow, this is my first time coming to this brunch boiling point and the last. Go to another brunch, this is not worth the wait. 1:30hr wait for just a bowl of soup? No thanks.

I forgot the servers name, but he was very helpful in my decision making. He mentioned that 2 of the menu items are like HOT SPICY SPICY. And steared clear of those 2 dishes. I got the one like Tom yum (tomato one) and it was delicious

My Chinese friend recommended here. It was really tasty chili food and clean. Service was good too! Take menu number 4. And we were waiting for 30 min to enter. It is also goo to go with family, lover, friends too.

My first choice on a cold day. The soup is perfect as always; however, the employees just walk around without asking customers if they want to turn off the fire or refill the soup (compare to Irvine location). Réservez une table maintenant

Amazingly delicious, I come at least once every two weeks with my wife. Also, the workers always make you feel at home whenever we arrive.

Lunch wait line is crazy, better avoid peak hour. The food tastes good, just a bit too small for me.
