I typically have no problems with Bojangles, but during my last visit, I ordered the 3-wing dinner and received macaroni and cheese along with mashed potatoes topped with gravy. When I got home, I noticed there was no gravy on the mashed potatoes, my biscuit was undercooked, and they didn’t include any utensils.
This was our first time trying Bojangles chicken, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in recommending dishes. The dirty rice was really flavorful, and the green beans had a delightful smoky taste—they were delicious! This chicken outshines any other fast food chicken I've ever tasted!
Our experience at Bojangles was terrible. On the first day of our vacation, we ordered 12 chicken legs and 12 chicken thighs from their menu, but when we got home, we found only 11 legs and 8 thighs. They didn’t answer the phone and completely ignored our calls. This ruined our entire day.
This restaurant is very poorly managed. After waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, I placed an order for a 3-piece chicken dinner, only to be immediately told they were out of chicken—at 8 PM. I was furious and expressed that this was completely unacceptable for a chicken restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant was quite mediocre. One of the things I found disappointing was the staff, who were unfriendly. The food was neither hot nor fresh and appeared to have been left out for quite some time. The biscuit was especially hard, to the extent that it could potentially break a tooth.
The chicken was fantastic, but I could have done without the steak biscuit. I wasn't sure why the bread on my chicken sandwich was hard, and the biscuit was a bit doughy. The service was slow, likely because they had to prepare the steak.
Like many other Bojangles locations, the containers behind the counter were open and food was scattered everywhere, creating a messy appearance. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly and quite helpful.
This restaurant can be quite busy at times, but the staff is quick and efficient in taking care of orders. The employees are friendly and deliver excellent food and service. Réservez une table maintenant
