Some of the staff can be outright hostile. They consistently leave out items then get upset when you ask them to give you the entire order. The morning manager recently yelled at me for not knowing the difference between a Bo Sandwich fried chicken) the chicken sandwich grilled).They leave the food under a warmer rarely make it fresh. If you ask for it to be made fresh, you get a nasty glare.
Went thru the drive thru, of course. Sat for 5 minutes for them to take my order, and the only thing they got right was the drink. Asked for the 3 piece dark combo with mashed potaoes and slaw. My son and I go at least 4 days a week he loves their chicken and Bo-rounds. I normally just hangout while he eats but I've decided to try something different every time we go or at least until the fish sandwich is black
The last 2 visits to this Bojangles was terrible. I've been eating there since it opened but isn't the same. The last two times my biscuits were like they were soaked in oil. I will go to Hardees 2 blocks away. Réservez une table maintenant
Went through the drive-thru and the employee was wonderful. I haven't been to Bojangels very much lately. She was very helpful and sweet. I wish I could remember her name. She is why you got a 5 stars.
Biscuits were hard as bricks probably two days old they supposed to be fresh they need to throw away old food and not trying make money on old food the manager is not doing there job keeping things in
We ordered French fries they were over cooked.We ordered a chicken sandwich which looked like it was under a heat lamp for days.They forgot part of our order.
