I have never been to this bangles that something did not go wrong. You would thing I would learn my lesson, but my granddaughter wanted to go. We made a bet that something would go wrong. We sat and waited on our food for 30 minutes while 6 people in line got their food and left while many in line left. I finally went to check on our food and the lady manager had not seen the order. While I stood waiting on our food for 5 minutes she kept fixing orders for the drive through. When I did get my order I ask if I could get legs instead of the wings. She said I could not. I ask if she could just give me 2 legs since I waited 30 minutes. She said no they did not do that. Most of the time a manager...

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru lane this morning. I would have left but once you're in the lane there's no path to exit until you arrive at the speaker to place your order. I waited this long so I might as well place an order, right? It took an additional 10 mins just to get the order! No sense of urgency at this location and no consideration for a person's wait time and wasted gas. I don't think they care. Maybe staffing issues impacted service but when you know your customers aren't being serviced within a reasonable amount of time you should at least acknowledge it and offer an apology hoping the customer will give you another chance and doesn't give your establishment a negative r...

For the last 3 times I have been to this bojangles they have not opened on time at 5am so I drove down the street to the other bojangles and the same story. The manager stated that biscuits are not ready and it takes 17 minutes to make so they want open until around 6am. At least 5 cars including myself left so let’s do the math. For the 3 days, I visited it was an average of 5 cars at an average price of $10 per car that's $50.00 a day x 3=150.00x4=$600.00x12=7200.00 per year just because your restaurant didn't open up as advertised for 3 days straight. Show this to your staff and let that sink in. Smh!

Pulled into drive through with no acknowledgment for 7 minutes. Drove around and there was one car at the window receiving their food. So I park to go inside and they have an older lady in a black and white shirt come and lock the door. As I pulled off they were letting the lady out with her food. Will never patronize this location seeing as they don't want to work which you'd think after being shut down theyd have better customer service and know to actually acknowledge and or serve customers.Currently looking for GM information. This location is struggling. I hate to say it. I have eaten at this location 5 days a week for 8 years. I have seen a steady decline in service, quality and cleanliness.Very long waits allow you to take notice to all of the filthy items around the kitchen area. Lack of restrained hair as well as personal cell phone usage as they make the food.Everyone has had price increases, but the numerous price increases this year alone along with the dropping of basic staples has made this a place I do not and will not come to any more.

I just want to give a scream out of this bojangles location. tonight on Monday, 14 november 2022 there are only 2 employees at this location. they work hard. any employee who remains and works under these conditions deserves an increase. the location has a B-sanitation evaluation, but working with only 2 employees, how are they expected to keep an A-rating only working with 2 employees? so see bojangles these two young men. who is, keeps the doors open for their business and money for the higher ups. wendi

I came to this place to order a little fast. but what I came. there was confusion with a previous order; so I decided to order on the app. after my order, I was advised that they don't make salads anymore. but the salads are listed in the menu and in the app. but. I can't get a refund because c operation is closed and I have to wait. the way and wise as this economy goes, it is sad that their emptied hostages held because not the advertised objects. I will never order from bojangles again.

the kekse were more or less the standard Bojangles quality. but the coffee here tasted like ranciful and rotten persimmons or something. it was not suitable for human consumption. I drink bojangles coffee often and while the quality can vary, other places have good or passable coffee sometimes. this place was only terrible and sour and subtracted. this bojangles has a good customer service, high quality food and fast service. my food was hot and delicious. the bojangles on stratford rd in Winston-Salem must have done some professional development of management in this business.
