I wanted to provide some feedback on the current state of your business. As a long-time customer, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service and food. Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the restaurant's dine-in service has not reopened, leading to consistently receiving cold and stale food through the drive-thru. Despite requesting hot food, I often receive overcooked chicken strips and cold fries. The chicken Supremes have always been my favorite, but I have been let down by the quality recently. Even though there was a short wait at the counter, I was delighted to receive the freshly baked bojangly cookies this morning. They were served with care and a friendly smile, making my dining experience enjoyable.

This is definitely the top Bojangles location in Rome. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious. I always enjoy coming here and the customer service is excellent!
