Place online order. Arrived at time agreed on. Only had a few customers it took additional 10 minutes for them to answer call button ,then another 5 minutes to receive my order that was burnt,and Unedible. Use to be one of my favorites, but I will not return.
The food is hot and fresh, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. We often visit on Sundays after church, and the manager makes a point to greet every customer in the dining room. It's one of our favorite spots for a quick lunch!
My cousin was visiting with a friend from Toledo Ohio. We were going to spend the day at Biltmore in Asheville . We stopped to get breakfast in Erwin . It happened to be Bojangles . They were eating the biscuits with cheese . Hey loved them .

Incredibly fast service, we had our biscuits in under a minute that Saturday. Our son wanted to come eat a biscuit after his football game. Two biscuits for $5 is a great deal. The bathroom and restaurant were clean too.
Took large quantities of chicken and biscuits for church function. Management assistance and food ordering and pick up were seamless.Food was great.Definitely recommend for church groups !!!!
