Opening the bag is like opening a box of chocolates, You never know who's order your receiving,and the managers , Don't even care, and there attitudes says it all.If you like to have your food replaced over and over for free, Please visit this location.but your order still will not be right.I wish anyone that chooses to try this location ,, GOOD LUCK,,, Because that's what your gonna need to get your order right. The Bojangles chicken is lacking . It has no spice anymore . Truthfully looks like the chicken you get at a gas station . I've wanted 35 minutes for a 8 piece . Box .one time they were out of slaw but the last two time the chicken is really lacking like they switched vendors to save money . The the last visit there was , my last .it's a shame . But the service this time was great ....

Had a mobile pickup this morning for curbside pickup waited ten minutes finally had to go in it was right there on the counter they just didn’t bring it to the vehicle. Bad service bad food. Don’t waste your money chick fila is next door

Clean and fast service. Food was great. My friend and I got the breast and wing meal, with dirty rice, green beans and mashed potatoes. I will definitely return to this location near Union Cross Road and I40. Réservez une table maintenant

Stood in there for 10 minutes. Never took our order or anything. Then when we decided to walk out the Hispanic lady takes the Hispanic guys order, that was standing behind us, at the window register.

One of the best Bojangles in the Triad! Has a sanitation score that actually makes you want to eat there unlike many of the other Bojangles in the area.

Honestly the food here is really good. Bojangles is my favorite fast food. But the service is quite below average.
