Very bad take out experience:I made an preorder using their Super Bowl Deals a one day before the actual day. However, when I arrived at the scheduled pick up time they did not even start my order. They told me it would take 10 more minutes. However, after waiting for more than half hour they still did not finish my order. When I asked them again how long it would take they told me they don’t know. I ended up getting the food 40 min. later than the scheduled time and could not watch the beginning of the game because I was still waiting for my food… Not sure what pre-ordering is for if they don’t even start to make the food until you ask them to.The staff was also very rude. You can never go wrong with Seattle's crispiest fried chicken! Always hot, always fresh, always delicious! Got there just before close and the cooks and kid working the front still hooked me up. Thanks again gents. I picked up their spicy chicken sandwichand I gotta say, it hit the spot! Easily my favorite spicy chicken sandwich in the city

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The sauce is mostly vinegar with a little Sriracha and pickled jalapeños. Not spicy or delicious and the chicken doesn't stay crispy in sauce like most korean fried chicken does. Fries were not crispy either. I found the food inedible but the staff were great so they get a star for that.

Very bland taste for the batter (crispy but too thick, fell off in chunks) and also the chicken did not taste marinated. Similar story for the tots and fried tofu- no flavor at all. Only thing that saves it was the included saucesIn fact, I thought I had COVID because I could not taste any flavor from the chicken or sides Réservez une table maintenant

Ordered for pickup which they somehow have an additional fee for...chicken was soggy and pretty bland despite the chili crisp. Thigh meat on sandwich was fatty, breast meat strips were ok. Biscuit was pretty dense. Only saving grace was the spiced honey and withouth that it would have been inedible.

for what it is, its pretty good. generous portions and the kimchi mac was so good. the batter is a bit too thick and crunchy for my taste and the viet sauce was. but too sweet. still enjoyed it overall. esp since across this location you can bring the food over and get a beer at the

Their spicy chicken sandwich, with chicken strips instead of thighs, opened my eyes to the beauty of life. That said, it is more like a 3/10 spicy. The 7/10 spicy was a lie. A beautiful lie that gave me hope for a beautiful world.

Walk up only location. Delicious air fried korean chicken. All the sauces are amazing and I love all the options available. Best chicken around. Great price for all the food you get. Réservez une table maintenant

Hard chicken wings.Dried out kimchi and dry rice in the rice bowl along with egg. Dry biscuits,chicken sandwiches are okay. The only thing actually fresh are the sauces prepackaged.

Amazing chicken, good value. I always get the OG strips with a new sauce each time. This place is consistently great.
