I am so, so grateful Erlangen has this wonderful, Indian restaurant. I have been a returning guest for many, many years. Their food is delicious and varied, they have plentiful vegan options too. The owners are very friendly and often engage in little chats. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and a delightful interior, and there is no overpowering music, which is something I much appreciate, since it makes for a calm atmosphere and allows for conversation. The restrooms are pleasantly clean. And to top it off, Boliwood is conveniently situated in walking distance from downtown and the train station, with car parking opportunities very nearby.

Amazing Indian restaurant with great selection of Indian food cooked by husband and wife. Very tasty and make with love. The restaurant is big for entertaining large groups of people and the decor reminds me of home. I would highly recommend you to go and try it and you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars for a 5 star food quality n taste n service.

Boliwood in Erlangen is an authentic Indian restaurant owned and run by a lovely Indian family. The food is great, they have a wide range of vegetarian dishes like Palak Paneer, Daal etc The restaurant itself is cosy and clean. Service is great and warm. I can highly recommend!

I were in many indian restaurants in Germany and for me personally it's the best restaurant. Here you can find very good traditional indian food and a very good service. We also love the mango lassi. I absolutely recommend to eat here.

one of the best Indian restaurants where I was! the curries are delicious, especially with the fresh Pita bread made in the house. they can choose the level.
