This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Yesterday, I called to ask about their menu options as I didn't have time to look at it myself. The woman who answered the phone had a terrible attitude and told me they had 150 food options that she couldn't list all of. I asked for their signature dish and she put me on hold for a few minutes before coming back with just a few random options. When I arrived to pick up my order, they laughed at me and told me to look at the menu next time as they had forgotten about it when they were busy. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, the cocktails are fantastic, and the Indian food is the best I've ever had. There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. Parking is available in front of the restaurant as well as on the street. The service, food, and ambiance are all top-notch with a rating of 5 out of 5. Recommended dishes include Vegetable Pakoras, Combo 1, Samosa, Tandoori Chicken, Curry Dishes, Aloo Tikki, and Vindaloo. There is ample free parking available.
I have eaten to Indian food and decided to give an attempt in Bollywood instead of parking the whole way ex. Great Indian restaurant on the shore for fixing, although I prefer to be a bit stronger. The Samosas and Naanbrot were excellent. Saag is light and my baby loved it. Portions are good. The dining room was well furnished and the staff were nice! The food reminds of the kitchen at home with fresh take on the classics, the ambience is cozy. Restaurant Bollywood shows how you don't have to be overpriced to have a pleasant evening. The portions were perfect and the service is always with a smile. Take a look at their carefully designed cocktail menu! Also its better to make a reservation for the weekend!
I ordered butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and a vegetable biryani, along with a few pieces of naan, for takeout. The friendly lady on the phone recommended the tikka masala, and it did not disappoint. The other dishes were also delicious. We will definitely eat at the restaurant next time as the service and atmosphere were fantastic.
Essentially one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever been. The food is so good and the owners really make you feel like family. Although they were very busy when we went there, they could still feel welcome. Again, her food was delicious, would like to come back.
