I went to a graduation ceremony where the graduates hired the kitchen service along with the rental of the establishment. There ended up being a lack of food and many people were left without dinner, not to mention hearing reports of leftovers being served to cover the shortage. My experience was terrible, I was the ceremonialist for an event, what a disappointment cold food, no seasoning, no salt, no color. Extremely dirty bathroom.
